Criteria for all positions:

  • Candidates should have reliable transportation
  • The ability to work with hustle and efficiency
  • Hard working, great character, friendly, happy, great attention to detail, determined
  • Requires being able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
  • Develop a thorough knowledge of the produce and prep required
  • Self motivated and able to work independently or part of a team 
  • You become part of a close-knit community: Many of our customers have been supporting us for decades.
  • You have opportunities to learn about produce, recipes, growing methods, flowers, native plants.

  • We support local non-profits in providing fresh produce for their clients.

Food Prep

Immediate Openings
Part-time with possibility of full time if willing to work in other aspects of the business

  • Prepare fresh salads and soups
  • Bake breads, cookies, muffins, etc

Produce Packer

Immediate Openings
Full-time

  • Prep and pack produce for shares and special orders. Must be able to stand all day, understand written instructions in English, able to move efficiently and quickly with produce, able to discern quality issues, able to attend to details of specific orders

Field Hand 

No current openings, but if you're awesome.... 


Weed, weed, weed, plant, harvest, weed, weed, weed, weed, plant, harvest, weed. Repeat.
